Although the design of this item is about perfect, its construction is sub-standard and not as described. The bag is not actually leather but instead some sort of cheap plasticky synthetic on a fabric backing. I found that the faux leather started chipping away within the first weeks and within a month the bag's flimsy straps had broken away from the main body. The only reason I give this item 2 stars instead of 1 is that its basic design would have resulted in a great item if only whomever made it had actually used leather for its execution.

Eye glasses pocket is way too small. Glasses hang out at least 2 inches. Cell phone pocket only big enough for small flip phone. Thin leather strap has a feminine look about it which casts the whole bag as feminine. Needs a broad leather strap, stronger metal clasps, and bigger outside pockets.

I've had this bag since Oct. 2007 (9 mos.) and the loop for the strap finally cut last week. I've used this bag everyday for work and it has been a true work horse for me. It's not too large but will accomodate many items, such as, wallet, keys, cell phone (I have 2), reading glasses and sunglasses. Just a multitude of items. I do have my doubts that it is made of leather because of the way it ages. I will cut this up when I get a replacement and report back. But for under $30 and nine months of daily use, I think I got my money's worth. I just ordered a replacement.
