FROM THE AUTHOR: The first version of this book that Amazon is offering (version 2.28) has some errors in it. The corrected version will be marked as version 2.30 or higher. Amazon should have it available during the week of February 15. I recommend that you delay ordering until that week so you will get the latest version. Thank you.
