Very cool watch, attractive, but the design makes it wearable only for people with large wrists. The watch and band are directly integrated together without a flexible joint, so the polyurethane band does not flex for the first half inch on either side of the watch. It would only be comfortable for someone with a 3 inch wide wrist or wider. Had to return it as unwearable.

Before buying this product please read and take note of my bad experience with this watch. First of all, this is a very unique, stylish, and useful watch that I did love for the time I wore it. Unfortunately I had to go through two of them in only 3 months. The first one I ordered shut off randomly on the first day I received it and no support or troubleshooting could reset the system. So after returning that defective one I got my second watch and was very pleased...but not for long. It started to get very scratched up on the glass and scuffed up on the rubber strap over time from daily use; the strap on the upper side also started to detach from the metal core and become loose. And finally just today it completely shut off just like the first one I got..for no apparent reason. What a waste of money. For over 100 bucks you would expect a watch to last a little longer! Do not expect this to be a durable watch to wear every day. Somewhere, sometime, something went wrong and it broke for me. Get it only to wear on special occasions if you want it to last. Remember it also doesn't have a light or a seconds counter..

I bought this world time watch to replace my Nixon "The Connect" World Time watch. Upon receiving the watch, I was impressed by the packaging - very nice box, and when I opened it, I was excited how the watch appeared. Sculptural, curved to fit your wrist, and really cool looking. Ok, aesthetics down, I wanted to see if functionality met my needs. I pulled out the instructions which are laughably terrible... clearly written by non-English speakers, the instructions are confusing. However, with only two buttons, the watch is very well designed and easy to figure out (my old watch had six buttons, which had to be pressed in all different orders etc... I always had to consult the manual). I also had a problem where the day of the week didn't seem to "sync" with the year (e.g. it showed the date as being a Sunday when it was really a Monday) but re-setting the date solved that. I was able to set an alternate time zone for my most frequently-called location (in this case, Hong Kong) and when I was traveling was able to keep it on Hong Kong time with a nice big display, and also see home time at the same time. The only downside I've found to this watch so far is that it does not have a light (!!) which I find absolutely astounding (I keep thinking I'll find one somewhere)at this price point. However the "e-ink" is visible in very low light conditions. But if you're in a movie, unless it's a snow scene, you won't be able to tell what time it is! Overall I'm happy with this watch and am keeping it.

    Pro's:
    - Great size, very attractive watch
    - Clear display. Can be black on white or white on black with just a button press.

Got this as a gift. I receive compliments daily on it. I really like the look, and it's overshadowed all of the annoying features about this watch. It's basically the epitome of form over function. Even with its quirks, I still wore it pretty much every day. However, the battery just died after just 9 mos, which has caused me to reflect on all the problems with the watch:

    PRO:
    1. Looks slick
    2. Seriously, people ask me the brand all the time so they can buy one.

    CON:
    1. Bad interface! Settings menu is not intuitive and a pain, mostly because it only has "two" buttons. C'mon! Copy a Timex! The spring on the single button also is not firm enough, so wearing it in bed, or even under the sleeve of a sweatshirt or blazer is enough force to depress the button, and start changing time/date/timezone!

    2. I was afraid the band would crack, as you have to bend it at a pretty extreme angle to affix the clasp, but so far has held up. But the band is coming loose where it meets the watch body.

    3. Dead battery. Are you kidding me? I have old timex watches still beeping after 5 years. I thought the whole point of the E-INK was low battery usage? Took it to the watch place in the mall and they said they couldn't open the back, now I have to find an actual watch store or mail it in, I guess. Bummer.

It simply stopped working after 2 months, it was still under warrenty so I contacted them. I never heard anything back after numerous attempts. I gave up. The watch is too thick and too heavy anyway.

I'd give this watch a 4/5 except for one issue--there is no way to take it out of 24 hour time mode in the main time/date screen. If I was a cop or living some place where military time is the norm it would be fine, but for me, I don't want look at my watch and see something like 15:35 as the current time. So I leave it on the screen that displays time only, and that screen uses the 12 hour clock with am/pm. Ironically, there is no way to switch this screen to 24 hour mode, which is fine for me but I could see others that might like to use this screen who might also want to be able to set it to 24 hour mode.

Other than this complaint the watch is great and I've had several comments from people about how nice it looks. If you don't mind this 24 hour mode oddness, I'd recommend this watch.
