I'm a Biology Professor. I bring this altas to class when I teach plants and the students love it. It has great colored pictures, lots of labeling and an excellent reference when they look at slides.

for the serious botany student. I loved using this in botany lab and then for 2 semesters as a lab assistant , helping out students with questions, slides, etc .. This book was very helpful to me since it is clearly labeled images of slides and plants and came in handy for just about every lab. The book was almost too good and some made the mistake of purchasing and basically copying the book when it came to their labs and then practicum time came and they fell on their faces... that being said , if u use this book as a supplemental study guide to your regular botany course work, u will excel and have a much better understanding..
