I bought it as a present for my friends who never visited SF. It gave them nice overview where I live.

While the photos and information where great, I was extrememly disappointed with the condition of the book when it arrived. I bought this book to take abroad as a gift and the jacket for the book was not very new looking. When I removed the jacket, it made the book look cheap so I ended up leaving the cover on. I was a little embarrassed but did not have time to make an alternative plan. Also, the price was on both the jacket and the book so you have to deal with that issue if the book is a gift.

THIS BOOK IS A VISUAL DELIGHT THAT YOU WILL WANT TO BROWSE THROUGH OVER AND OVER AGAIN.NEVER HAVING BEEN TO SAN FRANCISCO THIS BOOK HAS PIQUED MY INTEREST TO A POINT THAT I WILL SEEK TO VISIT THERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO START WHEN PLANNING A TRIP TO THE REGION.KUDOS.

Book arrived promptly as promised. Excellent condition. Excellent packaging. A thoroughly satisfactory transaction. Five stars to the vendor and my thanks!
