I found it no less onerous than the instruction manual itself. It packs in too much stuff and just becomes as confusing as the manual. Plus, for me, it had a lot of stuff on it that I would rarely if ever need to know.

Probably best to create your own and then have it laminated.

As you probably know if you are interested in this item, the Nicon D90 is a complex camera with features that are not used by most every day. This "Check List" helps out in the times one wants to try one of the features that are not often used.

Agree with other reviewer, just too much crammed into a very little space. And 'for sure', will need reading glasses or a magnifying glass to read it.

Would rather have seen it broken down into a couple pages, (I would have paid extra for that), naturally with larger type, and 'organized' from the more simple, basic everyday uses one might need a refresher on, to the more complex uses one might need 'on occasion'.

For sure something someone can make up themselves and have laminated, if having an extra user manual to cut up. 'Cutting and pasting' that information wanted or needed for particular uses.

Still, a good idea, but personally I would have split it up on a couple pages with larger type, and organized by particular uses. Example, dedicate one page to just flash photography, options and abilities of the camera. As this won't be something one might use everyday.

Maybe another page just for 'point and shoot' functions, then another page or two for more advanced uses and features of the camera.

Four or five such pages will still fit in a camera bag just easily as well as one page would. And won't have to make sure to have your reading glasses or magnifying glass in the camera bag as well.

Hope the maker of this product sees this, takes the advice, and comes out with something along the lines of what I suggested. I would certainly purchase it.

this is a must have if you have the nikon 90...don't leave home without it.
