5.0 out of 5 stars a good summary of the chemistry involved in photography, December 30, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Photographic Chemistry (Paperback)
A great guide to the chemistry behind photofinishing. It deals mostly with film chemistry but does a wonderful job and brakes it all down into the basic solutions. It contains more detailed information on developer systems: the makeup and function of the various subgroups. This book also does a good job of explaining the role that each solution plays in the developing of an image. A great book for an overview of photochemistry but if depth into the various solutions is what you're looking for you might try another source.
