For someone that needs a basic book on 4x5 view camera use, this is an excellent primer. I would recommend to anyone starting out with a view camera. It covers the basics from film description (some film is no longer available) to how to adjust the camera something that is forgotten in this digital age. I don't think the view camera will ever totally go out of style. My prints from it are far better than anything I can get from a rather expensive Nikon digtal.
