Photomontage on Wood is a limited edition (2000) postcard book containing 20 full color, matte finished postcards of the artwork of Keba Armand Konte. His artwork depicts photographic images of the African Diaspora imbued into found and salvaged wood adorned with paint, gold leaf bees wax as well as other mediums. Photomontage on Wood features an introduction by Deborah Willis of the Smithsonian Institute.

About the Author
Keba Konte is an award winning artist and photojournalist who has been featured in numerous publication including Art News, Vibe, Rolling Stone and Code Magazine. Konte's artwork has been exhibited in museums and galleries in Tokyo, Amsterdam, New York and San Francisco. Konte has photographed the historic South Africa elections of 1994, the Million Man March and extensive hip hop photography in the San Francisco Bay Area.
