This digital frame was a great gift idea for my mother. She loved it. Worked great for three months then it completely stopped. Tried to return it wal-mart. unsuccessfull, was given 1800#, didn't work, tried to
find company online, unsuccessfull. This company doesn't exist. Don't waste you money. Completely disappointed.

The product worked fine, remote and everything until the backlight on the display went out. About 5 months after product use the backlight went out causing the screen to go black. I could see a the picture faintly in the display, but with no backlight it all just looked black. A product like this should have a seriously longer "shelf-life". Definitely not worth the money considering it will only work for 5 months.
