Rowley is a rather speed British accented speaker. So following his presentations involves a lot of stopping and repeating the information he supplies. However, the images he uses provides some very interesting subjects for manipulation, and they are included with the DVD so you can attempt to repeat his steps in processing out the effects.
There are other Photoshop tutorials out here that do a better job of teaching PS. Suggest trying Deke McCleland as a master teacher of Photoshop.
