I have ordered many Dummies books and always been pleased with them. This book is by far the best. I
would recommend this book to anyone who owns any Photoshop Elements programs. It covers everything I need to know and also things that I did not know I could do. And it describes the process for us average people so we can get all the benefits this program has for photographers. Great Book.

The title says it all...the for dummies part. I've never used the Photoshop programs, instead opting for being more creative on the initial shots. But it seems all of what is now considered "professional" photography is manipulated with this sort of program. So i'm getting on the wagon. This manual is very clear & concise. I have been able to get right into effects and other tools almost immediately. Chapters are well thought out. Awsome stuff for a newbie to this software.

I started reading this manual and thought to myself that I needed to teach myself to learn all over again. It's been a long time since I was in school! After browsing through the chapters I decided that this is a really good book and I'm sure when I start practicing on the pc and use the guidelines I'm going to be really good at photoshop!

Finally a book with humor, one that does not take itself too seriously. This is a big book. Lots of illustrations.

Perhaps I may finally come to understand layers.
