I will not shell out a million bucks for Adobe or Corel Products. I did buy Sony's Photo To Go at Circuit City's liquidation sale where I spent $12.00. It was decent but not great. I decided to give this software a shot and I really like it. I'm a digital photography novice and when I used it on a couple a photos that I had used the Sony product on, it was an incredible difference for the better. Even a technical software challenged person can figure it out easily and no hassles. No bells or whistles for me. My pictures have had a dramatic improvement and I recommend it to anyone who is NOT a professional or a digital camera whiz. I will give it a 5 star rating.

I bought this product thinking it would be easier to use than Adobe Photoshop. It probably is but every time I put my cruzer or anything else in the usb port the whole program would come up and interfere with what I was doing. I would have to close down the programs pop-ups before I could do my other work. I contacted the company but never received a response. So I finally uninstalled it in frustration. I would not recommend this product because of the poor support.

After downloading all the music we needed from I-tunes, we found out that it can't be used with this program. Our requests for online assitance were not acknowledged in a timely manner. Calling their toll free number put us in touch with a lovely secretary - but there were no people there to tell us how to resolve the problem. Uninstalling the program was a tremendous pain as well. Their original product, though it had fewer bells & whistles, was far superior.

Purchased this software two month ago, intalled on WINDOWS VISTA 64BIT. Part of the software don't work, the scrapbook expression won't open on WINDOWS VISTA RUNNING ON 64BIT. Email Tec Support for three weeks they been trying to fix the problem. Today is 1/15/2010 Tec Support has stop emailing me to get the software working. Heads up there is no fix for this!!!!!

While it has some nice features and some pretty art, the projects each have too few designs and limited editing features in each category; e.g. calendars only have about 11 or so design templates for the monthly calendars, and few editing features. I also couldn't see a way to change the calendar background designs because the dates and days were part of the backgrounds, so if I were able to add a background somehow, it would cover the days and dates. Greeting card templates are a major disappointment due to the limited designs.

Instead of being able to "enhance" or "create" within the projects, it repeatedly asks if you want to save the project before doing so, and still won't let you make the desired changes in the project - so I had numerous saved versions, but not what I wanted... So instead I had to edit or enhance my photos beforehand, save them in JPEG files,and then add those pictures to the projects because if I saved the enhanced photos in the program format they would not work correctly when added to the projects. It takes a long time to do anything but the most basic (and limited) designs, and I bought this software for when I need to make something fairly quickly. There are so few art designs that I got bored with it on the first day of use. The clip art is terrible.

I like the "borders" (edges) for photos, but the portrait shape borders won't adjust to landscape photos, and vice versa, so it will cut part of your pictures off if you don't match portrait borders to portrait photos and landscape borders to landscape photos.

Some of the other installed programs won't work at all.

I would have given it a 1-star rating, but i like some of the designs and features. I also paid more than the price showing today, so I'm disappointed that I didn't get today's price. I'll probably keep it because the greeting card software isn't very good these days - just gets worse each year. I used to LOVE using graphics software, but now I prefer to buy cards more often than not because I don't have the time and patience for these frustrating programs.

I have used photo explosion 2.0 for years,upgraded to 3.0 and I am very glad I did,it's worth the money,
and would shame a few more expensive photo software programs, and fairly simple to learn to use.

This software worked very well for me. I'm running this on my Windows XP and have no issues at all. There are sufficient templates and art designs for my projects and overall, this is a great value.

PhotoStudio is junk. If you are running XP you might be okay but its label stated that it
was for "Vista" too. Well let me tell you it isn't. It would not run on Vista. I even was in contact with the manufacturer and they told me they would send me new disks (CD). That was in mid November 2009 and you guessed right, I still don't have the disks. Don't buy at any price. If the
info on the box is lying to you, the actual application is probably garbage as well.
