Surley an unbelievable feat for a single author (Ke, B. formerly with the Charles F. Kettering Research Laboratory, Yellow Springs, OH, USA) . This book is a well orchestrated look at the (sub)molecular aspects of photosynthesis. Sufficient attention to prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems. Light driven electron transport and proton pumping are investigated in great detail to include progress through photosynthesis research. Countless illustrations and real data supplement the text offering a clear demonstration of photosynthetic processes.
