I bought this for my son's 2nd birthday party- despite reading many reviews that stated that the bouncer leaks. That's exactly what happened with the bouncer that I purchased. The bouncer inflated initially, but within a few hours the sides slowly began to deflate. And that's before my son even got to use it! We re-inflated it, but the same thing happened. It just isn't worth the money- why chance it? I've tried to return the item, but can't communicate with the company. I've written them 4 times, and have gotten responses. They told me to give them the order number and then they would send return instructions. Each time I do that, they fail to respond again. Time for a new tactic... Bottom line- poorly made product. Poor customer service.
