Great book, especially love the video. I got a pocket companion of the same book so I could use at clinicals. Exact same book only more concise, less fluff and a lot easier to read and study with...if you don't have to buy the textbook, the pocket companion will suffice.

I found this book to be well structured and very informative. It is quite comprehensive and well organized. I got a few laughs out of it too although I am sure that was not the author's intent eg. " The absence of breath sounds is an ominous sign". All in all a decent text which I am sure to continue to refer to.
