Good text
Required for school. Some items are a little confusing, but overall a good text. Not very portable, so I ended up also getting the pocket version for clinicals.

Assessment for RN?
A well-written text, but needs to delineate and clarify the 'norms' better, like what was done for the 'abnormals'. For a 2-yr RN program and an initial assessement class, a bit much. I enjoy learning the information, but this is geared more towards Nurse Practioners, PAs, and MDs.
