I have used this product for about two years. In the first three months I lost thirty pounds at a slow but steady rate. Over the next three months I lost another twenty pounds (50 altogether!!) alternating BioLean II and BioLean Free in combination with LipoTrim and Accelerator. I confess I lost this weight with very little excersize. Only sporadic walking. I'm sure I would have lost more had I done so.

Over the last year and a half I continued using BioLean products for maintenence until about three months ago. I have had no rebound weight gain.

This product gave me NO adverse side effects. No insomnia, no leaky bottom, no headaches, no accelerated heartrate. In fact the only side effect was weight loss!! Oh, and the cost: $200 a month for BioLean II, LipoTrim, and Accelerator combo.

I started using this product 6/5/07. I take 2 green & 1 white tablet in the morning with 1 Biolean Accelerator tablet. Mid day, before 3 PM, I take the other green tablet that comes in the daily dose packet, and another Accelerator. I have done nothing else; no increase exercise, no diet change, nothing. It is 7/21/07 and I have lost 10 pounds! I find I have no cravings, and when I am hungry, a few bites fills me up! When going out to dinner, a small salad, water, and maybe a light appetizer of shrimp or cheese tidbits, and I'm stuffed! It's expensive...$130 a month...but it is working for me, and I've tried it all...other OTC diet pills, Atkins, South Beach, fasting, everything! I'm 55, and have over 50 pounds...er, make that 40 now...to lose. My physician recommended this product. I'm thrilled! I also use their Omega 3s and my cholesterol is dropping. Take a good natural vitamin mineral supplement as well. Good luck!

After trying many different ways to loose weight, BioLean II did it. It curbed my appetite in a way that I have never experienced before. Also, I actually had the energy I needed to do my workouts!!

I love this product! Many years ago I first heard of it through my physician. He supplied it and it helped me lose weight naturally. I don't like anything with artificial colorants, preservatives or capsules (which if not vegetarian are made from animal insides) and most of the diet aids I knew of over the counter that worked had one or more of the things I mentioned above. Anyhow, I used to have to be monitored by the doctor with monthly blood and BP checkup (only took it for 3 months though as it used to be much more expensive thru the doc vs. the price on Amazon today), but now I wonder if that was because it was going through trials at the time. I say this because I now know that this product is now listed in the physicians PDR as an all natural weight management aid. Not many natural products will doctors recommend, but right there that should say something about the product if accepted into the PDR book. Side note: it seems one should switch off between biolean 2 and biolean free to get the most benefit; however, when I used biolean free I noticed a consistently urgent and frequent need to empty my bladder and even lost it a few times. So beware if u have a weak bladder because the herbs in biolean free (can't recall which one I recognized on the label) have a natural water elimination effect. Like a water pill to aid in water weight reduction.

There are many so called "diet" pills on the market these days, making me a bit skeptical about ordering BioLean with Advantra Z.

My biggest problem, other than trying to lose weight, is finding a supplement that I can take every day without jitters and one that helps me curb my appetite. This product did it.

Before taking BioLean, I tried everything to stop snacking and overeating. Amazing as it may sound, with BioLean, I find my interest in food dimishing--not that I don't still eat three meals a day, but I find myself eating less at each meal as opposed to having more than one helping of food previously.

My sister is so impressed with my information about the product, that she just placed an order. Hopefully, her expectations will be met as well.

I have been able to lose a few pounds, but have not been on the supplement a month yet, so I expect good things in the coming months. I plan to just "take it slow" so that once the weight is off, it will stay off.

I do exercise every day and watch what I eat and hopefully this BioLean supplement will help me lose the weight I desire.

I've tried many diet pills and this one works the best with suppressing your appetite. It's not a diuretic so you're not flushing out your body's nutrients when trying to stick with a low calorie diet (which can cause lightheadedness and fatigue). I like how the ingredients are natural so you don't get the jitters like some pills give you. Using the Accelorator pills helps with BioLean's ability to suppress the appetite and gives you a little energy kick that push you through workouts. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone who has trouble dieting because they are hungary all the time.

I have had good success the first two months I been using this product. Have lost some weight and am not constantly fighting that "I am starving" feeling. I think that I will have to add the metabolic enhancer in the upcoming months - which is the only down side, it is a bit costly.

I ordered this product. Everything here indicates this is BioLean II. I received BioLean, and my receipt shows I ordered BioLean. The name of the product says BioLean, but the ingredients, description, images, etc indicate this is BioLean II. Very frustrated, since I wanted the BioLean II with Advantra Z.

I am posting this as a consumer warning, to make sure you are ordering very carefully. So far, I have no input on the BioLean's effectiveness. I have only taken it a few days.

***Update*** The seller contacted me and informed me that Amazon has the incorrect product information and images up for this. According to him and other online sites, BioLean 2 has been renamed BioLean and the box has changed. Don't be alarmed by this product arriving looking COMPLETELY different, with different dosage information and packaging.

This product is great. It doesn't make you jittery, lose sleep or any of the negative side affects of many other OTC weight loss drugs. It curbs my eating so I fill full quicker, and gives me energy. Love it and have used it successfully for 3 months now. I have lost 18 pounds since starting it. Wonderful product!!!

What a waste of my money! I followed the instructions, had a proper diet and worked out without results. I gave it one star only because I HAD to give it at least 1 star to post this review.
