Editorial Reviews

Review

"...the book is an excellent review on what has been done in this field and a valuable source of knowledge for researchers, agronomists and foresters. The illustration of the book is adequately done by monochrome pictures especially in the structure related chapters and by diagrams redrawn from original papers with uniform labeling."
--Wolfgang Ruhle, JOURNAL OF PLANT PHYSIOLOGY

This review is from: Physiology of Woody Plants, Second Edition (Hardcover)
I recommend this book for any student planning to go on to gradutate studies in the fields of botany, forestry or ecology. It is complete and the material is written in a way that is easy to assimilate and understand. I often come back to it for basic tree physiology principles. It won't remain unopened on your bookshelf!
