Directions
After shampooing, apply a quarter-size amount of Phytokarite to towel-dried hair. Distribute with a wide-toothed comb. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes, depending on hair porosity. Rinse thoroughly. Use as often as required.

I think the people at phyto are sorcerers, not hairdressers or chemists. I started using phyto about 6 months ago because my hair was falling out from stress. The phytodensium line brought it back!! I have more hair, new growth!
I bought phytokarite because I blowdry and hotcurler my hair every time I wash it, and though it wasn't really dry, I wanted some insurance that it won't be. Compared to Matrix Biolage, Redken, or Joico, this conditioner is a miracle. Even tho it has -methicones in it, which I hate, it isn't as slimy/greasy as the above mentioned, and the conditioning benefits last through a month of washes/instant conditionings, which none of the above did. So far it is preventing breakage, and that's what I wanted, since I not only abuse my hair in styling but want it really long - its more than halfway to my waist now, and I believe that with this conditioner, it will get there!! 2115|R1DUEPRSKUSO60;
