Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development, because of its tremendous significance for understanding how humans develop, has special relevance for educators who wish to become better teachers. Moving from the theoretical to the practical, this volume aims to address, through narrative and example, the specific needs of educators by showing the usefulness of Piagetan theory when making educational decisions about children, curriculum, and instructional strategies. This book explained Piaget's theory in different developmental stages clearly. The book offers educators how to apply his theory in teaching. It is a good book for people who are not familiar with Piaget's theory or for educators who are not sure how to apply Piaget's theory in classrooms. It is a good resource for those who would be interested in teaching children based on Piaget's theory, such as teachers and home schooling's parents. It is also a good textbook for college students.
