5.0 out of 5 stars pain and pleasure, July 5, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: La Pianiste (Audio CD)
Sensoriuos music to complement the spiral down into fascist madness. The Schubert songs are magnificent .
See the film and see why Germany, albeit Austria, is still a melting pot of contradictions. Thank god for the music which relieves the viewer of the pain of the central characters.

loved the record. Even though I had all Schubert's trios and sonatas, this record also has all the other pieces in the film, which are beautiful too!
