After purchasing a new Casio AP-420 Digital Piano from Amazon, I was in the market for a new piano lamp. I was shocked to find that the typical piano lamp sells for anywhere from 75 to 200 US dollars! I'm sure those other lamps are quite nice, but I wasn't about to shell out that kind of dough. Luckily, I stumbled across this lamp on Amazon. It is cute, has a wonderful satin finish, and yes, it even looks nice on my piano - every bit as nice as one of those hundred dollar lamps, I'm sure.

The angle of the arm is adjustable, as is the 'tilt' of the lamp head. It requires a 40W or less standard base T-Type bulb, which wasn't included. If you need a piano lamp and don't have money to burn, you can't go wrong with this one.

I have had this lamp for 2 1/2 years. The finish is lovely. HOWEVER, since the very beginning, it was less than wonderful. It is top-heavy and tips forward easily if I adjust it properly to shine over the top of the piano and onto my music. Yesterday the stupid thing decided to tumble off the piano entirely when I couldn't catch it in time. Get something with a heavier base. I wish I had.

Very nice. Good height, easy to turn on/off, and elegant for a budget lamp. Finish is well done. No lamp included, but this was expected.

This inexpensive unit turns out to be of nice quality. Looks great for my upright piano. No concern from me what so ever. I don't have any tipping issues with it, either. The locks work fine in holding the turns in place.

You do need to buy a type T bulk (long and skinny), max of 40W.

Glad I bought this light over all the ridiculously expensive ones out there.

Great item, appears very solid and well made. I just received this item and it arrived well packed and very organized. Plugged it right in and it lit right up. Looks very nice in our living room. The nickel plaiting looks great, very nice finish. Definitely worth the low price.

Desk lamp is exceptional for the price. In a lighting store, it would be at least $100. It's very sturdy and looks great.

The product came as expected in good time. The packaging was excellent with no damage. The product works as expected.

I bought this as a gift for my children for Christmas. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. It looks great on top of our black piano and gives off just the right amount of light for them to see their music.

Nicely made lamp. Keeps a good center of gravity even when adjusted to extreme angles. Allows for three levels of articulation which gives you get flexibility to get the light where you want it. Finish is uniform and smooth. Uses type T bulbs (not shipped), so you'll have to go get them specifically at a hardware store. In hindsight I wish I had bought the black one versus the nickel one, but that's my fault.

Nice beautiful piano desk lamp, it comes metal, not plastic. Modern finishes with classic detail. It goes well with any style.
