Es interesante la recopilación que se hace en este CD de musica no muy conocida de piazzolla como su musica para flauta traversa, tocada de manera hermosa y bastante expresiva, la guitarra es mas conocida en la musica de este gran compositor argentino y no deja de deleitar con sus movimientos y cadencias.
Is interesting this reopilation of non-know music of piazzolla. This CD combine a grat set of the best music for guitar and the gorgeos music for flute.

This music is timeless and great to listen to over and over and over again, you will hear some new aspects every time.
No regrets, and even ordered the sheet music for the etudes on this album.

This is a nice issue for these flute and guitar works. The only caveat is the sound level on the guitar part which is not high enough for my personal taste.

Irmgard Toepper plays these Tango Etudes as though she has no feelings at all. There's NO passion. They're totally square. NO dynamics...They don't even sound like "Tango" at all. I usually enjoy Naxos performers very much, but I totally wasted six bucks on this. Listen to Laurel Zucker play these and then tell me if you can hear and feel the difference. For that matter, my 17yo flute student plays these with more fire and passion than this. Naxos, I want my money back!!!!
