Picci Cortina Carry Basket in Cream and White with Comforter and Pad

I purchased the Picci Cortina Carry basket for my baby for nights when the baby will sleep in our room as well as times when we are on the move. I like it so much better than a clunky pack-and-play and it's beautiful too. I'm not sure what the weight limits are but we'll have to see as the baby gets bigger. I plan to go buy more sheets as the one sheet that it does come with seems to be a bit flimsy and likely will not hold up to several washing. Also, the first one that was delivered arrived with the box somewhat crushed so I contacted Amazon to return it. They sent a new one at no cost overnight and reimbursed me for my return shipping no questions asked. Great customer service!

This basket is beautiful and solidly constructed. The contrast between the cream and white is more subtle than the picture leads you to believe (I was glad for this). I really shopped around for a moses basket, and am quite pleased with this one -- it's classic, elegant, and versatile for boy or girl. It looks great whether in the nursery, master bedroom, or living room. So far, my baby has only taken a couple of naps in it (she mostly sleeps in her swing and hammock), but it has been handy as cute storage.

We purchased this Picci Cortina Moses Basket for our son, who slept in it for the first months. It is absolutely gorgeous-- made in Florence, Italy, of beautiful and soft fabrics. It was a lovely and very pretty addition to our nursery. The actual basket textiles have a more obvious color contrast (cream and white) than is shown in the photo. It is a wonderful, gender-neutral color scheme.

The Picci is also very functional-- super strong and sturdy, very durable and well-made with reinforced handles. We were able to use this basket to carry baby from room to room in the first few months. The textiles are also made in Italy, and we washed them COUNTLESS times and had no problem at all. They are high-quality, no shrinking and no warping.
