MASTERS OF BLUE-EYED SOUL & FUNK!,

When this album arrived I immediately put it in the CD player and started dancing. While I have most of their albums on vinyl, it's been a while since I've enjoyed this music. AWB were by far some of the masters of funk. Hamish Stuart has the sweetest voices and reminds me of another favorite vocalist, Frankie Beverly (of Maze). Another treat is guest appearance of Ben E. King on a couple of tracks. Even if there was no other reason to buy this album, one of the world's best make-out songs is included--"If I Ever Lose This Heaven." I ain't got nuthin' else to say y'all.
