I am relatively new to pilates so this video is great for me BUT if you are an experienced pilates person it will work great for you as well. I own another Pick Your Level DVD and I love that one as well. There are three women performing the exercises, all doing each movement at a different level. There is one lady working at a beginners level, one working at a intermediate level and one working at an advance level! You can switch between levels if you want! I love the concept because it allows you to grow with the CD! Ellen is a great instructor!
