Track this book down to buy and you DEFINITELY won't regret it. It was re-issued in New Zealand this year (apparently old copies of it would make big bikkies on the local auction website). There has been at least copy in my family for the past 20 years and gets used every year.Everything from Mango Chutney to Pickled Vegetables, Raspberry Vinegar to Pickled Watermelon Rind.A great book to buy as a gift or to use to make jars of pickles and chutneys as gifts themselves.As the previous reveiwer said the recipes usable wherever you live- Bluff or Baltimore, Lyttleton or London,Alexandra or Alexandria.
