Rugged, thick canvas.
Strong zippers, though plastic.
Plenty of zippered pockets.
Good for a day trip on the trail.
External bottle carrier.
Cheapest water bottle ever made. Leaks. (You'll be replacing it.)
Velcro on small side pockets is worthless. Should be magnetic snaps.
Pocket inside main compartments lid is very awkward to use.
Main flap has small velcro strip. Not a secure fastener.
Just right off the bat......this is not a waterproof cooler so don't dump ice or bags of ice in it and expect it not to leak. I bought the Herolily techni-ice and while it does keep everything cool for the whole night it doesn't stay frozen. (that's not the fault of this cooler. it's an issue with the techni-ice over-promising and that's for another review I'll write soon). While this is marketed as an insulated cooler i wouldn't really compare it to an actual cooler. It does have some sort of insulation sewn into it but you'll need something cold that doesn't melt or sweat if you want to keep something cold/frozen for more than a couple hours.
Also, the picture shows a water bottle and the reviews have a lot of complaints about not getting the bottle with their order. When I bought this item the description stated it came with the bottle and I didn't get it either. Honestly, from what has been said from the few who got it I probably wouldn't have used it anyway. I just use one of my Camelback bottles I have for scout events. I see now the description no longer states it comes with the bottle.Read more ›
If you're looking for a bag for a picnic after a long hike, this might be a good purchase for you. The backpack straps, water bottle contain, and various pockets could hold everything that you need. But for airline crews, this ain't the one for you.
Only negative I can think of is that it isn't water proof. When one of our water bottles leaked due to not being closed correctly all the water got on my back.
I plan on taking this pack to the beach often. Even if just for the trip. I think the investment was well worth it.
It is made for picnicking with an insulated outer shell.
There is a large main compartment a handy outside compartment with a few pockets. Two side pockes with covers. A water bottle pocket for the included water bottle with it's own removable insulated cover.
I like this bag a lot, it is well made and has held up well under my
rigorous days at work or traveling day after day.

Flimsy, poorly stitched. Zipper stitching failed in just 3 weeks of using this as my lunch box.Published 1 month ago by Lord Pancake

The big pocket not as big as it seems and the small ones are really small. Other than that I works just fine for a lunch box for work. The velcro doesn't work anymore on the flapPublished 1 month ago by Ruslan
It is too narrow for most food containers, top is a top heavy, but looks to be meant to open for wine bottles to stand. Read morePublished 4 months ago by Customer
