Broken when recieved,

This review is from: Picnic Time 4-person Portable Picnic Table with Chairs, Royal Blue.
The item showed up in a broken box and with broken parts inside. Called tech support and they did not want to issue a refund. Two days later they told me they were sending me a new table and I got an order confirmation in the e-mail. I called again asking for a refund and was finally issued one. Do not buy.
