Makes installation of accessories a breeze and looks very professional. I use several of these in my car and truck for radar detectors, mobile ham radio rig, etc. You can't go wrong!

This is the only way I will ever splice into a fuse box in the future. This made my life a whole lot easier by using this product. I highly recommend it. This is a quality item and keeps your fuse area as close to stock as possible. Easily reversed if it is a mod you need to remove quickly. It is safe and very Professional looking.
The fuse you remove from your fuse box goes in number 1 slot. This basically puts the fuse in line where it originally was in the first place. The blank spot left over is where you are going to put the fuse that powers your accessory. Just make sure that the fuse you put in is appropriate rating for what you are going to power, and also is not too large a current draw for the area of the fusebox you tapped into.

Hands down this little item is worth its weight in gold. If you will be adding an accessory to your vehicle and you need to fuse it this is the only way to go. Splicing in fuses, tapping lines are just plain stupid and dangerous. For the price of this little adaptor you have a professional and safe set-up.

This item is exactly what I needed, and for a great price. I wanted to tap into a 12V source to power some LED strips in my truck to serve as DRLs, but not have to wire up another switch. With a simple crimp of the positive wire, this made everything plug and play.

Pay attention to how you plug it into your fuse box. One side is hot and the other is not. It has to be plugged in the right way and the wire coming out the side blocks a neighboring terminal or sticks out the edge of the box. I would have designed it to get the wire to come out the top vs doing the 90deg thing. Also note if you fuses are the recessed in mini type (not this one) or the extended prong mini (this one).

Works as expected. PSA for individuals with new cars. Be sure to check what type of 'mini' blade your car uses. This may not fit some newer cars, including Hondas which require the even newer mini low profile blades.

This was the first add-a-circuit fuse I bought for an accessory for my car. I then found some that just have wire pigtails on them without the big fuse block. The added fuses are kind of large on this thing, so make sure your fuse box has some room. Although, I did have 2 other pigtail fuses in there. I would still recommend this one because it is pretty high quality and will probably outlast the other ones. I just got this one because it was the only one I could find. Works awesome with my new power outlet. Now my car battery won't die when I leave my GPS on, it turns off automatically once I pull the key out. Stinks when all your outlets are constant and stay on even with the car off. Good stuff.

Fuses do not fit in the slots. Tried two different brands of fuses. Ended up sanding down the fuse terminals in order to make it fit. Once in, it took a lot of force to remove them!
