I ordered the PicoPad Food journal after reading about it on Hungry-Girl. It's a perfect size to carry in your purse without having a bulky notebook. I love the little pen, although it is a bit difficult to use.

I've used other food journals before, but this one is by far the most convenient to use throughout the day. It really does fit in a wallet, which is perfect because I can't stand lugging around too much crap in my purse, and sometimes I don't want to take my entire purse anyways. Also, it includes a mini pen with little wing grips that makes it really easy to use. For some people who don't mind the bulk of larger journals, this may not be for you. But if you're trying to be "lite" on your toes, this PicoPad is definitely the way to go.

Although this food journal is a convenient size, it is too small to record all the items one eats in a day. I think a small, flip-style notepad works better.

Rather tiny, so you had better write small, lol! Also, the shipping costs seem very HIGH for such a minute item...

This product would be perfect if it wasn't so small. It is about the size of a credit card. I think that I would prefer it the size of a 3 by 5 note card instead. On the plus side, it has all the features that you need if you follow the Weight Watcher's plan.
