The pictures of the glass in this book are all taken under black light which shows off the effect of the uranium salts used in the manufacture of Vaseline Glass. The patterns and manufacturers of the individual pieces are noted, and there is a separate section with photographs of European Vaseline Glass, much more elaborate and highly decorated than American Vaseline Glass.
The author wisely does NOT included prices since values can change dramatically. This is a very worthwhile book for the serious collector.
