I bought these to frame in sets of nine for wall decor. The vintage colors are crisp and the designs are beautifully done. I highly recommend for home decor in or near a child's bedroom or den. Of course, they can be used as learning aids. The cards are large and sturdy. They can wipe easily with an almost dry cloth for cleanup.

I haven't decided yet how I would use them, but they are stunning! The quality is superb, the illustrations are like old graphic. My son will deffinetly like them:)

the illustrations on these cards are delightful! informative and artistic, these cards present several opportunities for display. they are a nice companion to the webster's pictorial dictionary, as well as the rubber stamp set.
i hope to see more offerings from webster's in this line!

I was excited to find these, but even more so when I got them & opened the box. They are larger than I expected and very sturdy. It's a beautiful collection that I'm going to use as educational decor in my kids' room. I love the history behind them, but I don't agree with all the choices of pictures they used to represent the sounds of each letter. Luckily the other side is a nice orange backdrop with the letter big & I'll just flip a few over to that side in my display. Have fun with them!
