Definately not Star Trek IV: The Undiscovered Country, February 21, 2005
This review is from: Picture Bride (Audio CD)
When I entered the disc shop I had no idea I was going to run in to one of the most beautiful soundtracks I know. I found this CD for 39.00 pesos (4 dollars and at first I wasn't sure if I wanted it. I was choosing between this one and Gladiator. Boy! Was I glad I chose this one! I already owned Cliff Eidelman's Star Trek six, which I thought was superb, so when I put this one in the stereo, it was kind of surprising. Both soundtracks are so different. One is melodic and calm, while the other is so militaristic. One would never tell they came from the same composer. But I guess that proves the exquisite talent Eidelman possesses. The last thing is, I don't know what came over the producers to have Eidelman's sountrack removed. They're nuts!
