I bought this phone for my 16 year old autistic son. I was able to teach him to use the phone on the "picture" setting. Very easy to use and teach my son to use. I would definitely recommend this for those who are not able to dial or need easy one touch access for making calls. The 911 feature can be turned off so that the user does not accidentally call emergency services.

Excellent phone & great idea for thos with macular degeneration and hearing issues. Sound is clear, 1 button push for 911 & was extremely easy to insert pictures of the person to be dialed with 1 button push. Highly recommend!
