Doug helps Patti deal with her mom's death,

It's been a couple of years, and Patti still feels kinda bad about her mom getting killed in a car crash. She miss her a lot. Doug saw how bad she feels and tried to help her feel better. I really like how Doug starts thinking how he feel if his mom were died. And then he does somthing nice so Patti thinkhe likes her. I don't know if she feels better about Mom, but I think she likes having a friend Doug. I like this book. I read it 5 times.
