After earning her first rejection at the age of thirteen, bestselling author Sandra Byrd has now published more than three dozen books. Her adult fiction debut, Let Them Eat Cake, was a Christy Award finalist, and was followed by two more books in the series. Her most recent 4-book young adult fiction series is London Confidential. My 10 year old daughter loves these books by Sandra Byrd. Definitely recommended for decent reading, compared to some other junk the kids have to read at school.
