5.0 out of 5 stars Artwork and ancient tales revived, October 23, 2010
This review is from: Picture Tales from Mexico (Paperback)
Brothers, Mark and Dan Storm, come together to revive the stories of a culture that is fading. The Native American and Mexican fables tell the ancient ways of explaining nature in stories from around the fire only now to be enjoyed written and read at anytime. Mark Storm is a member of the Cowboy Artists of America and illustrated cattleman magazines and created old west style paintings that adorn the walls of many homes in the West. Dan Storm wrote a column for the Ruidoso News in New Mexico, "The Silver Lining". This book is a treasure and should be included in any collection of books about the Mexican or Native American culture.
