This book is for regular, real people. I think it's perfect for folks who believe there's more to their intuition than just random chance. I learned there's more to those gut feelings I get than just a knot in my stomach. I'm physically and psychically tuning in to a situation. One of the hang ups I've always had with psychics is that they can never properly describe what they see, hear, or feel when they are getting a message. Tiffany Johnson gives the best explanation I've ever heard. I was able to relate, and because I could relate I could try some of her exercises and actually feel myself open up more than I ever have in the past. While I'm not sure I'm ever going to be giving readings for others, I do feel more open to those inner (and outer voices), and the exercises and DVD made understanding myself and the way of the psychic a lot easier. Kudos on a great tour of the psychic world and a fantastic starting point for beginners.

This book is great if you are looking for information in many areas of the psychic realm. It covered past lives, tarot reading, spirit guides, rock energies, animal totems, and more, as well as exercises to develop psychic abilites. It answered so many questions that I had and offered insight into areas that I had never been able to find info on. The book was easy to read and understand. I loved it and my teenage boys have taken it and are reading it themselves. It's rare to watch them fight over a book.

I have to agree with the 2nd reviewer. I think that Tiffany is very knowledgeable and is trying to share her own experiences in the hopes that those of us who have had those unexplainable thoughts or happenings will gain insight, understanding and acceptance. She explains her own journey and if we choose to develop those extrasensory abilities that's fine, if this only answers questions that we have, that's fine. I don't think that this was meant to be a stuffy scientific textbook. It was meant to educate, empower and encourage each of us to find our own psychic path.

This book is not only very informative historically, it also has some GREAT info for helping sensitives understand and develop their special "gifts".

Whether you are new to exploring your psychic self or have been on the journey for awhile, everyone will learn from this new book! Open yourself up to the possibilities....you won't be disappointed. Ms. Johnson has put forth an easy-to-understand and follow book to help you in developing your natural psychic abilities.

"Picture yourself Developing Your Psychic Abillities" is THE most informative accounts of psychic awareness, history, personal experience and easy to follow guidence on everything associated with the metaphysical world. I learned something in every chapter and did not want it to end. I am now hungry for even more information as I await whatever Tiffany Johnson may write next. This is a must read for anyone even slightly interested in anything psychic

Good book to read for a beginner. Easy to read and understand. The video was also helpful especially with the tarot reading.

I'm still reading this book but I am finding it very helpful on educating myself on my road to understanding and utilizing my Psychic abilities....

For those who rated this book only 1 star were obviously looking at the wrong material! This book fulfilled my need in psychic development, period. It was extremely helpful and informative and really down-to-earth. I understood every single word that Tiffany Johnson had implemented in this genius book. I want to talk about how it helped me, so listen carefully! I literally wasted money on 4 or 5 books, which were honestly were not focused on strictly developing your skills, even though they claimed they did. They jumped left and right about different topics and non-sense.... almost like a bi-polar monkey =). This book was recommended to me by the one and only Chip Coffey, inside of the haunted hornet. Soon after that, I met Tiffany Johnson which kindly wrote the name of the book on a note pad for me. This book got me to open up and made me more sensitive to the environment around me. I literally grasp information left and right; in terms of my abilities in medium ship, they improved vastly soon after practicing, practicing and practicing! Thank you Tiffany for a great book, and thank you Chip for recommending it to me!

I have read this book and I love the way it is written. As an intuitive/ medium myself I'm always on the hunt for great new easy to read book that I can recommend for my students to help them with their path. This book is one of those books. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is starting their path and looking for ways to open themselves up more. I would even recommend it to people that have been doing this work for a while to give them some new and fresh ideas to try. All in all it is a wonderful book thats great for any Intuitive's library.
