Suzanne Caplan has a lot of experience to share. This book would be great for anyone starting a business for the first time. I expected more advice for women and minorities on how to handle discrimination problems. Caplan was very thorough on her coverage of starting a business. Chapter 13 was particularly useful with the checklist for "Getting ready to open".
