I was looking for something inexpensive for my early reader son. I wanted something that had letters he could move around to make different words using same beginnings or endings. This was the best. It's very durable. I still have it in one piece after 2 years of use. He learned a lot from it and it didn't cost me as much as other aides that sell at school supply stores. It has 3 different sets of the alphabet so you can make lots of words!
