In general cheap and flimsy. I expected that for the price, but figured it would be OK as I don't use pots heavily. I cooked one hamburger in the frying pan and was unable to clean it. This is after soaking it for hours and then using a gentle scotchbrite on it. In the end I could not tell if it was stuff sticking to the "non -stick" surface or the surface itself bubbling off. Note that the pan was used ONCE and on MEDUIM heat and handled exactly the same way I do other frying pans - let cool, soak, sponge, scotchbrite if required. Avoid this product. Cheap but not cheap enough for single use pans.On the upside, the flimsy handle was easy to bend over to make the pan easier to dispose of. |
