5.0 out of 5 stars letting go, July 30, 2011
This review is from: Piece of Planet or Planet of Peace : A Journey Through Letting Go Told in Prose and Poetry (Paperback)
This is a story of letting go of her past and learning how to move forward. An amazing story of a woman who walks across Mexico and Guatemala without any money, knowing that somehow food and shelter will always be provided. She let go of many things through this story some were beliefs and ways of seeing the world. She also let go of actual "things" that represented the past. This story feels like a modern day "vision quest", going out into the unknown seeking a vision; a direction to move forward in life.

5.0 out of 5 stars A journey of trust, January 15, 2011
This review is from: Piece of Planet or Planet of Peace : A Journey Through Letting Go Told in Prose and Poetry (Paperback)
This is a remarkable story of one woman's trust in the Universe/Higher Self to lead her where she needed to go, in order to work through the grieving process. Would that we all had such radical faith in our own inner knowing! I really felt in reading it, especially the poetry, that this book is suffused with Love.

5.0 out of 5 stars A raw tale of trust, January 15, 2011
This review is from: Piece of Planet or Planet of Peace : A Journey Through Letting Go Told in Prose and Poetry (Paperback)
Lara De Ann's Piece of Planet or Planet of Peace is a raw and sometimes shocking true story of her experience of grief (over the death of her fiance) and how she was guided to overcome it. Listening to guidance and traveling on faith alone, she walked without money into parts of Mexico and Guatemala.
