I ordered a fantastic phone VX 7000 from amazon and wanted a car-charger, case & hands-free to go with it. The only compatible combination was this particular starter-kit.
The story starts now... I order this one with the phone and when it arrives, the hands-free does not want to fit into the jack on the phone. I request customer service and they send me another one. The Second one has a even more dangerous problem associated with it. The moment it is plugged in, it would start dialling the last dialled number on the phone. I tested this with 2 other people who bought this phone with me with same results. Not only that, it would try that till it is unplugged from the phone. I contact amazon customer service and they promptly put in a request for another one. But this time, it was out of stock (wonder how many people fall for this. It only arrives atleast 2 months from when i ordered the first one. Now the third one is received with the most critical problem. There is garbled voice at the receiving end of the hands-free which makes it completely unusable. I would recommend Amazon to try some other vendor for this product who has stringent testing procedures otherwise they end up losing loyal customers as me. But till then with this starter kit, THE FRUSTRATION CONTINUES...

the car-adapter would not work it's the wrong one.
I e-mailed the customer service. but unfortunately they sent me another box. still it has the wrong car charger.
