Item was shipped promptly and received in good condition. So far pins have been working just fine. When using pins, the sewer must remember to place them in such a manner that the presser foot does not make contact with them; otherwise, they would surely break. I am an experienced sewer so this is an action that I perform without even thinking about it.I would recommend the purchase of this item for anyone who is in need of easy to use, large headed sewing pins.

Good for the price - not the sharpest points however.,

This is a great "economy" package of pins - well priced and reasonably good quality. However the sharpness of the points is not consistent, and some are rather dull or not pointed at all (just cut-off metal rods)...which does not work well for sewing projects, as they either do not puncture the fabric well, or snag and leave marks if you force them through. OK product, but not for those wanting to be able to quickly place and remove pins from sewing projects, without having to pay close attention to snagging fabric. (I used this on smooth synthetics as well as sturdy cottons with the same effect.)

I like the way these look, but one of the round discs include pins that don't stick to my magnetic pin cushion.
