Drags the bottom,

Brought the 21" spinner six months ago. Took it on some trips and discovered that the bottom profile is too low from the ground (small wheels) causing the bottom to drag on the ground. This is especially noticable when rolling along carpeting. The bottom is showing the metal support rod exposed by the fabric dragging on the pavement. Going to have to replace only after two trips in six months.

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He recently used them on a trip across the country and he loved them. The four wheels make them so easy to maneuver through a busy airport. The handles are also quite sturdy and pull in and out very easily. I wish I could have found a more interesting color to make them easier to spot at baggage claim, but I think my husband prefers the brown anyway. My favorite part was getting $1000 worth of luggage for about$150.
