Wonderful oil. Have used for many things...for hair, for salads, mostly for body wash. My 90 year old mom loves the way this oil makes her skin feel smooth. The oil is light, and absorbs quickly. Shipping was quick and personal.

This is bad tasting and smelling oil. Not mild, buttery or tastes like Hass avocados. Tastes more like cooked spinach with a bitter aftertaste. Don't buy this product. You'll thank me.Follow up review : After receiving 2nd bottle was sent by the seller, I was amazed to find that this oil smelled and tasted equally as bad as the 1st. Bitter tasting. Hope I don't become ill after tasting this rancid oil. My search for a good quality avocado oil is not over. I purchased Olivado oil and will soon post a non-bias review of that oil here as deed to the customers.

I haven't used this oil for eating, but I use it to oil my hair, and it's fabulous! It makes my hair so soft.
