This book, Pietro di Donato, the Master Builder, is an excellently written critical study of the works of this great author. Written by Matthew Diomede, it contains transcripts of several interviews Diomede conducted with di Donato, and psychological critiques of several of di Donato's works. Pietro di Donato is the author of the world-acclaimed novel, Christ in Concrete, which is based on truth...on the death of di Donato's grandfather who was killed in a construction accident in Manhattan, on Good Friday. I found this book to be fascinating, and recommend it highly!
