TrustGo security scanned this app upon installation and flagged it as a threat. The threat has to do with the in-app advertising client, MobWin. This advertising client leaks your information to third-party websites without you being aware it's happening.

TrustGo Security tells me that this one contains MobWin.A@Android. Not too sure if this an advertisement network or a malware. Flags as low risk.

Uninstalled.

The only good things about this hidden pictures app are the pictures used to "hide" the images. Images hidden on each picture are the same (ie: find 22 butterflies on one, 22 birds on another, etc). You get 1hint if done to your last hidden picture. It's not a true hidden picture game either. Sometimes the hidden picture (like birds) don't even look like the object, just an odd shape! The pictures are only shaded into actual background & frustrating if your vision is not clear. It was also very boring as hidden pictures go. I will be deleting & removing this waste of space from my Kindle Fire HD. Thank goodness it was the FAOTD as I would've been VERY disappointed if I paid for it.

The original Hidden Garden game offered objects (butterflies, ladybugs, etc.) that blended into the background. The objects were hard to spot, yet obvious once you noticed them. The perspective change once you spotted a butterfly was the fun of the game.

However, the second Hidden Garden game (HG Fantasy) relied far too much on the white-on-white effect: very light objects on very light backgrounds, extremely hard to spot, and *not* obvious once they're noticed. Instead of an exercise in shifting your perspective, it was a game of how high up you can turn your backlight and how good your visual acuity is. And this is even more the case in Hidden Garden Paradise. Most of the objects appear against a white sky or moon, and some cannot be seen even when the Hint button points them out. The result is that the game is a lot less fun and a lot more frustrating. (There is also one scene - the stone bridge scene - with a bird that's clearly visible in the sky but is not clickable. Speaking of frustration.)

It must be said that the graphics remain gorgeous, with that same hallucinatory-Victorian quality the rest of this series has. The music is haunting and a good match for the feel of the graphics. I don't regret paying for it, but I hope if the developer produces more in this series, he goes back to the original style.

This was a beautifully detailed, Zen-like game. The music was able to be switched between four melodies and was pleasant to listen to as background. However, that said, it was boring and repetitive after the first run through. Some of the hidden items were impossible to find and you were only allowed one hint at the very end, so if you had 2 or 3 to go, you were out of luck. Three days and I have not gone back to play any more. It was a waste of money and would have made a nice "free" game, but I would not recommend it as a purchase.

I enjoy hidden object games very much, however, I've reached my limit for anything from Pig Out Productions and am deleting them from my Kindle.
The pictures are colorful but they are not at all realistic, hence I find the overall searching quite dull. Why not take a look at the Hidden Quests (Hawaiian) from Pop Cap? The picture is more realistic and they are used several times with different items to search for. Those never get dull!

App has internet access ('to report crashes') but it also tried to access my phone number, my phone serial number and my SIM details - i blocked it with XPrivacy and it kept crashing.
